Cecelia's creative and flexible thinking, honed at Miami International University of Art and Design, brings a pragmatic playfulness to the ATX Theatre board. Previous experience includes teaching at Austin School of Fashion Design, tutoring private design students, and consulting extensively in fashion and costume/makeup design for Florida Grand Opera, KidsActing, Austin Shakespeare and House of Torment, among others.
